Average time (2500 sf) is 4-6 hrs w/ a 3 person team

Kitchen(s): appliances inside and out, cabinet interiors and exteriors, counters, sink, and faucet

Bathroom(s): toilet and tub/shower, cabinets interiors and exteriors, counters, sink and faucet, mirror, and light fixtures

Floors: carpeted areas and rugs vacuumed; hard surfaces swept and mopped.

Further items included: baseboards, light fixtures, ceiling fans & blinds dusted, spot cleaning of switch plates, walls, window sills, and doors.

Additional items can be added upon request. Example: Interior windows, garage floor...
